The apartment is in Komurluk, a highly sought-after location just 10 minutes walk (500m) from the town centre and less than 5 minutes (200m) to the sea. We've named our apartment "Kalamaki" as this means "beautiful place" and was the original Greek name for the town of Kalkan.

The accommodation, which is all on one level and fully air-conditioned throughout, sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms (though there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge). Briefly, it comprises:

• Open plan kitchen/living area with large sliding doors to the front sea-facing terrace

• Double bedroom with windows and doors opening onto the side covered terrace, large wardrobe and drawers
• Twin bedroom with small wardrobe

• Large terrace with 2 sun-loungers and a small dining table with 4 chairs.

• A pergola-covered seating area with sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table
